2 · Data we collect
- Inquiry forms — name, company, country, business email, phone, message body. Legal basis: contract / pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Wholesale account — same as above plus an encrypted password hash. Legal basis: contract.
- Newsletter — email address. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link.
- Server logs — IP, user-agent, timestamp. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
3 · How we use it
Inquiry data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and manage the trade relationship. We do not sell, rent, or share trade addresses with third parties for marketing.
4 · Sub-processors
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN, edge cache, image optimisation (CDN locations including the EU).
- Resend / MailChannels — transactional email delivery for inquiry confirmations.
5 · Retention
Inquiry data: 24 months from last contact, then archived for legal purposes per Italian fiscal regulations (10 years for invoices). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
6 · Your rights
Under GDPR Articles 15 – 22 you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.
7 · Cookies
This site uses only technical cookies (session, security, anti-spam Turnstile). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8 · Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority — Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, garanteprivacy.it.
