FRAYDA does not sell to consumers and does not take payment through this website. All prices shown — where shown — are indicative. Final commercial terms (price, MOQ, lead time, Incoterm) are confirmed in writing per purchase order following an inquiry.
2 · Trade accounts
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved trade accounts. We may request a business registration, VAT number, or resale certificate before approval.
3 · Intellectual property
All site content (text, photography, code, brand marks) is © FRAYDA unless otherwise noted. Designs developed under OEM / Private Label programs remain the client's property; FRAYDA holds no licence to resell or reuse them.
4 · Materials & specifications
Hand-finished leather goods exhibit natural variation in grain, colour, and patina. Photography is indicative; physical samples are the reference of record.
5 · Sample policy
First samples are paid (credited against the first PO if you proceed). Two further revisions per program are free; additional revisions are €120 each. Sample shipping is at cost.
6 · Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Firenze, save for mandatory consumer protections — which do not apply, as this is a B2B platform.
