Private Label is what FRAYDA was built for. Bring us a sketch, a mood, a reference sample, or just a category you want to enter — we'll come back with technical drawings, a materials proposal, and a sample plan.
Thirty-two of our forty-seven retail partners run private label with us. Some have done so for nine years. We treat your tech packs and signature designs as if they were our own — NDA from day one, exclusivity by territory where it matters.

From brief to warehouse, in six tracked stages.
01 Brief
Send us your reference image, sketch, sample, or mood board. We confirm feasibility, materials, and indicative pricing within 24 hours.
02 Sketch
Our pattern team produces technical drawings and a materials proposal — your hides, your hardware, your trim. Two free rounds of revision.
03 Sample
First sample shipped from Firenze in 10 working days. Two further sample revisions are included on every program at no charge.
04 Pre-production
Final sample signed off. Materials ordered. Tech pack and production plan locked. Pro-forma issued. Deposit on T/T or L/C terms.
05 Manufacture
Cut and stitched in our Firenze atelier. Daily QC photos on request. AQL 2.5 final inspection on every program.
06 Ship
DDP, DAP, or FOB to your warehouse. EU road in 3–5 days. US air in 5–7. Sea freight planned 8–10 weeks ahead.
Six weeks from brief to first sample
Most programs take six weeks from signed brief to a first physical sample in your hands. Production then runs 30–55 days depending on materials and finishes.

Final lead times depend on materials lead time and on slot availability — we book production 8–12 weeks in advance for FW and SS calendars.

Can you sign an NDA before we share our brief?
Yes — and we recommend it. We use a mutual NDA covering designs, materials, suppliers, and pricing. Signed within 4 business hours of request. We also offer territory exclusivity on bespoke patterns.
Do you do design from scratch, or only execute briefs?
Both. Our atelier includes two pattern-makers and a small design team. Many of our retail partners send us a mood board and a target price — we come back with three silhouette directions to choose from.
What's your smallest order?
Catalog pieces with your logo: 30 units per SKU. New-development OEM: 500 units per SKU for a first run, lower for re-orders on the same pattern.
Can you ship DDP to the US / EU / UK / GCC?
Yes. We ship DDP, DAP, or FOB. EU road in 3–5 days, US air in 5–7, UK in 4–6 post-Brexit. GCC by air in 4 days. All Incoterms 2020.
Do you carry stock, or is everything made to order?
Hybrid. We hold inventory on 38 best-selling SKUs in our most popular colorways — those ship in 5 working days. Everything else is made to order on a 30–55 day cycle.
How do you handle samples and revisions?
First sample is paid (we credit it against your first PO if you proceed). Two further revisions are free. After that, €120 per revision. Sample shipping is at cost.
What about authenticity, NFC, or anti-counterfeit?
We can embed NFC chips, hot-foil holograms, or laser serial numbers on request. NFC is most popular — €1.40 per unit at 1,000+ MOQ, including the chip and the linked landing-page management.
