Small-batch leather goods, made to an approved standard.

The approved sample is our production reference. Pattern making, cutting, sewing, edge painting, assembly and quality control are managed against that standard throughout the run.

One approved standard, carried through every operation.

The pattern fixes proportion and construction; the approved sample fixes material, function and finish. Together they become the production reference for the full run.

Pattern Making

The design is translated into precise components, seam allowances, reinforcements and assembly references that can be repeated consistently.

Cutting

Each hide is read for grain, stretch and natural marks before the pattern pieces are positioned and cut for quality and yield.

Sewing

Stitch length, thread and tension are calibrated to the leather so every seam contributes both structure and visual precision.

Edge Painting

Edges are built in multiple coats, with sanding, sealing and polishing between layers for an even, durable finish.

Assembly
