Leather, lining and hardware—chosen as one system.
We choose materials for the way the bag should look, feel, age and perform—not as isolated swatches. Every recommendation is tested against the silhouette and its intended use.
Four leathers, four different characters.

Full-Grain Calf
The outer surface of the hide, unaltered. Shows natural markings. Develops a patina over time. Our most requested leather for structured bags.

Vegetable-Tanned
Tanned with plant extracts in the Santa Croce sull'Arno district. Stiff when new, softens beautifully. Rich warm tones that deepen with age.

Saffiano
Cross-hatch textured calf with a protective coating. Scratch-resistant, structured, and clean. Named after the technique, not the tannery.

Suede & Nubuck
The interior surface of the hide, buffed to a soft nap. Used for linings, panels, and full-suede designs where texture is the statement.
The smallest parts carry real weight.
Zips, clasps, locks, D-rings, chain, and buckles — sourced from Italian suppliers. Available in brass, palladium, antique gold, and gunmetal. Custom finishes and logo engraving available at production quantities.
The story continues on the inside.
Linings in cotton, suede, leather, and jacquard — brand-printed at production quantities. Packaging produced to your specifications: dust bags, branded boxes, hangtags, tissue paper, and care cards.
Every brand-facing element is customisable. We help you specify weight, colour, finish, and print method when needed.
Provenance is part of the product.
Our primary leather supply comes from tanneries in the Santa Croce sull'Arno district — a cluster of over 200 tanneries in Tuscany that has been the centre of Italian vegetable tanning for centuries. We also source specific hides from tanneries in the Veneto and Campania regions when a project requires it.
Choose what the product should say before the logo appears.
Tell us the feeling, performance and finish you have in mind. We will translate those needs into a focused material proposal.
