- Confirm project scope and material preferences.

- Prepare a detailed quote including unit pricing, material costs, sampling fee, and production timeline.
- Deliverable
- Written quote and project timeline.

Sample

- Approve the quote and confirm material selections.
- We
- Develop patterns, source materials, and produce your first sample in our Florence atelier.
- Deliverable
- Physical sample shipped to you.

Approval
- You
- Review the sample. Request changes if needed.
- We
- Implement revisions. Most projects reach approval within two rounds.
- Deliverable
- Approved production sample.

Production
- You
- Confirm the production order and final quantities.
- We
- Source materials in production quantities, cut, assemble, finish, and quality-check every piece.
- Deliverable
- Your finished bags, quality-checked.

Delivery
- You
- Receive, inspect, and launch.
- We
- Package to your specifications and ship. We remain available for reorders and next-season development.
- Deliverable
- Your bags, boxed and ready.
